Due to an exciting moment of growth, we are searching for an administration assistant to join the team either full- or part-time. By utilising your skills in administration in this varied capacity, you will broaden your credentials, expertise, and experience working with a number of stakeholders in the disability sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing spreadsheets for travel, expense tracking, merchandise, and client details.
  • Assisting with booking events and conducting the necessary preparation before traveling.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to book flights and accommodation for events.
  • Maintaining merchandise levels and ordering additional stock where necessary.
  • Recording details from business cards collected at events.
  • Maintaining marketing/ travel calendars and setting reminders.
  • Assisting with posting on social media and sending EDMs.
  • Ad hoc tasks in support of events, training sessions and day-to-day operations.
  • Other day-to-day operations include assisting the team by:
  • Reviewing invoices received from clients and recording them into our system for processing.
  • Responding to client enquiries and ensuring appropriate service levels are being met to maintain positive relationships.
  • Providing high standards of customer service and responding to service enquiries and requests via email and telephone in a timely manner.
  • Accurately maintaining database records.

Job Requirement

  • Degree qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in office administration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to complete work accurately.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to effectively prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Agility to meet ever-changing business environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Strong work ethic.
