A wonderful opportunity has opened up at Sugar Australia for an Administration Support Officer with experience in dispatch and logistics to join our Glebe depot team and report to the Depot Manager. Admin Support Officer Position at Sugar Australia Jan 2023

Our objective is to continually deliver high-quality services to our clients in Australia and the rest of Asia, underpinned by robust manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Owning the CSR Sugar brand, which has long been a mainstay in Australian homes, gives us great pride.

Work with a well-known and reputable Australian food manufacturer in a flexible, part-time employment at our Sugar Australia depot in Glebe. This position is for 8 hours per week, though we are flexible regarding when these hours are completed during the week. In this role, you will have the chance to hone your line management strategy and broaden your circle of influence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing financial transactions including payment reconciliation and analysis
  • Maintenance of freight logistics master data within SAP
  • Operational responsibilities supporting day-to-day activities in inventory, freight and warehouse management
  • Reconciliation of operational invoices, deliveries and corresponding charges
  • Perform record management and clerical duties as required

Job Requirements

  • ERP experience, ideally SAP
  • Experience in a supply chain (Warehousing, Logistics, Planning, Accounts Payable etc.)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Results orientated, thrives on project delivery
  • Solid understanding of inventory control and transportation
  • Skills in Excel and data analytics
  • High analytical skills and problem-solving ability would be well regarded
