Job Responsibilities
- Work across Australia BU on specific strategic problems and work with key stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision making
- Lead a team that is tasked to identify, create, and deploy consumer audiences to support relevant communications, products, and experiences
- Embrace design thinking, storytelling and translating insights into decisions and actions
- Deliver actionable insights and implications from consumer and media analytics and translate to clear business relevant recommendations for stakeholders
- Represent consumer voice and demonstrate leadership in collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Create & implement a holistic framework for all consumer communications to CUB’s owned consumer database
- Create and manage outcomes to standards for frequency, relevancy, saturation, engagement, acquisition and attrition
- Engage with stakeholders to create and develop business enthusiasm and demand for the use of consumer and media analytics
- Support the development of Asahi’s technology and data infrastructure required to support the analytics roadmap, lead by commercial use-cases
- Champion and lead education sessions that use experiments to demonstrate how raw data can be turned into an actionable insight, rising the data literacy in the wider business and proving the role of data in both strategic & executional decisions
- Manage a team of specialised analytics resources responsible for collection, management and usage of consumer and media data within CUB
Job Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is itching for their next opportunity. You have a well rounded understanding of Marketing Tech/Stacks to drive relevancy, efficiencies and effectiveness in comms (inc. CDP/DMP/DSP/CRM)
- In addition, you have:
- Degree in Marketing/Media, with preference given to candidates with a dual background in Business or Marketing Analytics
- Digital and consumer experience expertise, able to demonstrate how this knowledge applies to brands, category, trends, tools and vendors
- People focused leader and a team developer. Have a proven capability of managing a team.
