About Company

In Brisbane, Australia's Eight Mile Plains, we are now hiring experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team. One role is for a set duration of seven months and the other is temporary. These positions, who report to the Customer Support Team Leader, are in responsibility of giving both internal and external clients the finest customer care possible. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to customers, field representatives, sales managers and internal departments at Cook Australia
  • Ensure customer support is carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner
  • Process shipments for international customers
  • Answer customer queries
  • Process and maintain standing monthly orders
  • Initiate the process of return goods
  • Identify and suggest improvements for Customer Support

Job Requirement

  • Previous Customer Support experience essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) essential
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards
  • Open to feedback, continuous learning and self-development
  • Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail
  • Proactively works to build and maintain internal and external relationships and networks to share knowledge and achieves goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
