Job Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the execution of campaigns for Tier 1 clients, reviewing activity to ensure it is in line with our standards and that all opportunities for growth are investigated
  • Provide operational support to dentsu and agency teams, providing recommendations and guidance on process improvements to streamline search and social strategy
  • Work with teams to provide automation solutions and identify opportunities to leverage offshore resource to allow for effective utilization
  • Support the delivery of training and development initiatives across the agency, nurturing up and coming talent
  • Support the seamless transition of new search and social clients to the agency
  • Grow agency search and social credentials and support agency award submissions

Job Requirements

  • You have strong experience across all areas of performance marketing with a comprehensive understanding of the search and social space
  • Previous experience identifying automation solutions, as well as the ability to support margin growth by delivering operational efficiency
  • You’re a rising star, ready to take on a Lead role or experienced and keen to share your knowledge and expertise with up and coming talent
  • You lean into innovation and collaboration, creating new and effective ways to engage and retain new and existing business
