About Company

Ventia is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage the daily ECW Operations. Ventia and Johnson Controls (JCI) have partnered in our most recent 50/50 joint venture, Venture Smart, to provide Main Roads WA with ongoing ITS maintenance services and state-wide electrical capital improvements. The position is situated in a modern office/depot building with access to a TOT1 car and on-site parking. With the selected applicant, Venture Smart will discuss flexible work arrangements and encourages a healthy work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create an empowered safety team culture
  • Coordinate teams and subcontractors work safely, productively and efficiently
  • Implement the appropriate Work Procedures and emergency response procedures 
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, standards and specifications
  • Oversee the road asset management including the systems

Job Requirement

  • Electrical Licence is required for this role
  • A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a road infrastructure environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Work/ Excel/ Outlook)
  • Understanding of contract administration and commercial imperatives/drivers
  • Excellent time management skills and able to manage and comprehend rosters
  • Analytical skills and strong prioritisation of maintenance works
