The Hyatt Regency Sydney is the largest luxury full-service hotel in Australia with 888 rooms. A rooftop bar with expansive views of Darling Harbour, a fitness centre, a restaurant with 272 seats, and 3,700 square metres of brand-new, state-of-the-art meeting space are all provided by the hotel. Along with our many dining options, which include banquets, in-room dining, restaurant, and bakery, the hotel has a range of kitchens. Our production crew can serve more than 3000 people each day at different events with a variety of cuisines!

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Front Office Team Leader you will join an energetic team of service ambassadors.
  • As the first point of contact for our guests, you have a natural ability to communicate and create connections.
  • You will endeavor to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction whilst contributing to the effective operations of the hotel.

Job Requirement

  • Previous experience in Front Office
  • The ability to foster an open and supportive environment 
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Complaint handling experience
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including weekends
