Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience) you will assist with building exceptional donor journeys through the lifecycle,
  • To aid the delivery of long term growth and engagement through communications and initiatives including newsletters
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience) this support role is crucial in the management of nationwide
  • Supporter experience and engagement initiatives as well as the development of programs that address supporter needs and drive loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in a customer experience, fundraising or marketing environment
