Our client is a renowned professional services firm that is based in Melbourne's central business area. Due to development and business demand, they are searching for an experienced marketing manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a Marketing plan & strategy on behalf of the organisation
  • Implement and roll out a new Brand architecture across the business
  • Create & manage campaigns working with the wider team to shape messaging and targets through various channel
  • Lead and manage all brand marketing channels, including social media, co-ordinate events, PR and other digital channels.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns across the service streams
  • Lead the digital and experiential brand marketing process with a clear focus on engagement, relevance, brand affinity and awareness, with a flow on effect on traffic and conversion
  • Drive SEO/SEM performance
  • Measure, analyse and report on the outcomes of the marketing, media and communication strategies and ensure they meet the agreed targets 

Job Requirement

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering lead generating campaigns without the aid of agencies.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ideally experience in a Professional Services or B2B environment
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, an agile and precise mind, and an innate desire to succeed.
  • Experience as a generalist managing multiple responsibilities ie PR, Social, Campaigns etc.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Team player and the ability to work with stakeholders locally and globally.
