Job Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in looking after the following:
  • Reception and client interactions
  • Answering the telephone
  • Looking after client meetings and meeting rooms, including IT setup
  • Errands
  • Kitchen and kitchen stock control
  • Admin duties inclusive of:
  • Database updates
  • Expense claims
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Travel bookings when required
  • Other ad hoc admin as required

Job Requirement

  • Completion of Year 12;
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role;
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; and
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
