About Company

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking semi-skilled mining and civil operators for an exciting opportunity to complete a mining sector intensive training programme with our mining customer in the Muswellbrook region. Job at Programmed AU for Semi-Skilled Operators

These would be permanent, full-time employment that required days, evenings, and weekends of work but also offered the chance to quickly graduate to open-cut mining dump trucks.

We work with many of Australia's and New Zealand's leading businesses in a number of significant industries, including mining and resources, oil and gas, government and defence, education, aviation, health, infrastructure, manufacturing, transport, and logistics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience operating the following; articulated dump truck, dozer, excavator, scraper or grader
  • Safe and productive work ethic
  • Be able to work a rotating 7 day roster including weekends
  • Current drivers licence and be able to competently operate a manual
  • Have a commitment to training
  • Ability to pass an Order 43 medical and D&A Test

  • A managed professional workforce including IT, engineering, sales and finance personnel
  • Healthcare professionals and support staff into hospitals, community and residential aged care
  • Home care support for the Disability and Aged Care communities
  • Property maintenance including painting programmes, grounds upkeep, landscaping, specialist turf services, building repairs, corporate imaging and signage
  • Facility management, maintenance and operational support services
  • Electrical technologies including electrical, audio visual and data communications installation, repair and servicing
