Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading Campbells, C-Store, & Independent Grocer brand development, customer value proposition and the B2B marketing strategy.
You will also be responsible for responsible for digital & social strategy development and execution of plans while ensuring customer value proposition underpins all marketing campaigns.

Job Requirement

Demonstrated min 10 years’ management experience ideally within the B2B, and wholesale industry
Proven ability in developing & executing highly effective digital and social marketing
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external contacts
Commercial acumen with ability to understand P&L’s, budgets, and income formulation
Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively manage relationships with internal and external contacts
Experience managing teams, developing, and mentoring senior staff
Relevant tertiary qualifications or practical application in Marketing or Business
