    Job Responsibilities

    • This is a position in a high paced, high turnover environment.
    •  To be considered for this role there should be senior retail experience in a management position, with a proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service. 
    • An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team, along with the confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment. 
    • Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.
    • Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential… a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
