Our store managers professionally and efficiently manage every aspect of a single retail location in order to boost sales and profitability.

For a maternity leave cover position in Thomastown (through November of 2023) that entails full responsibility for driving and guiding growth while guaranteeing that our employees, customers, and community members have a positive in-store experience, we are looking for a talented Store Manager who loves retail, loves a challenge, and enjoys waking up every day with a desire to make a difference.

Job Responsibilities

  • Your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.

  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers;
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided every day, in every interaction;
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards;
  • Role-modelling a ‘safety first’ culture in our stores;
  • Planning and managing the financial performance of the store;
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community.
