Job Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment of all of Simplot Suppliers
  • Oversee Supplier and Material Management to Reduce Food Safety & Quality Risk
  • Exciting 13 month contract role – Reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager

Job Requirements

  • You are a qualified Lead Auditor and have extensive experience in Food Safety & Quality Systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • You are experienced building effective relationships and have worked with suppliers to ensure standards are met.  
  • An understanding of the Food Standards Code, Customer, GFSI Standards and Imports requirements.
  • Significate experience working within Vendor Assurance.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • A growth mindset for seeking innovative and collaboration solutions to meet both consumer  and customer needs
