We are currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Bibra Lake, Perth. While reporting to the site operations manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the logistics operation on site and providing leadership and direction to our internal despatch and receptions teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of product through the warehouse against time critical constraints
  • Lead the warehouse department managing short-, medium- and longer-term activity
  • Controlling site inventory to deliver a 99% inventory accuracy
  • Guide and develop the team leaders to optimize performance of the department
  • Work with the Site Logistics Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Write and deliver on the job training in conjunction with the Site Logistics Manager
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Production & Operations team
  • Be a champion for safety in the logistics department driving the implementation of One Harvest’s zero harm program

Job Requirement

  • Previous leadership experience in a supply chain/logistics/transportation function
  • Experience in FMCG or Short Shelf-Life processing and manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Proven experience with warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge of business financials and good commercial acumen
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy
  • A ‘can do’ attitude to achieve successful outcomes
  • Refined communication skills and ability to build relationships and lead a team
  • Must have Forklift licence (LF)
