Job Responsibilities

  • The Chief Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for leading our end-to-end supply chain function across our Australia and New Zealand operations, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, engineering services and capital projects, quality, sustainability and procurement functions.
  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will develop and execute the supply chain strategy to ensure long term profitability and competitive advantage, whilst leading for the highest safety and quality standards across all areas of the portfolio.
  • As a member of our Executive team, you will be jointly accountable for all elements of Frucor Suntory’s performance, our ‘magical’ culture and strategy while contributing to the regional cross-market agenda.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading a supply chain or operations function at an Executive level, within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams, with a focus on driving an inclusive and high-performance culture
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to educate, inspire and influence at all levels across the organisation
  • Demonstrated change management capability, complimented with the ability to articulate the vision and take your function on the journey with you 
  • Experience working in a global organisation; international experience will be highly advantageous but not essential
