Job Responsibilities

  • Use data to provide insights into the current state of customer experience and make recommendations around enhancing the overall customer journey and improving the Net Promoter Score.
  • Use customer behavioural analysis to inform retention strategy. 
  • Develop/Manage triaged dataflows to reduce ticket resolution time.
  • Work with operations and marketing functions to develop strategy and design program for change. 
  • Identify new opportunities for greater customer engagement and work with internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement improvements.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support and feedback to the CX Team Leader and Team.
  • Stay agile and keep the team motivated.
  • Performance management.
  • Champion change within the team and across the business.
