With its headquarters in Cannon Hill, Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA) is the nation's authorised distributor for the Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X family of automobiles. Due to the considerable market expansion that IUA has achieved, our Brisbane headquarters are in need of a passionate, committed, and knowledgeable Dealer Operations Administrator to support our Network Development Department. While reporting to the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning, you will assist the Network Development Team in expanding the franchise network and dealer operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collate and distribute evaluation reports to the dealers and IUA internally;
  • Assist the Network Development team to evaluate candidate dealers for the selection of new/replacement dealers, with coordination with other related departments; 
  • Assist/prepare internal selection material for applicant’s formal selection; 
  • Assist by coordinating the dealer Induction / termination process whilst improving quality and efficiency of the process;
  • Process and secure necessary record for risk mitigation of the Company;
  • Assist/manage payment and specification requirements between signage providers, Dealer Network and IUA;
  • Collate and distribute the monthly signage status report to IUA staff internally; and
  • Secure necessary record by storing/archiving documentations, communications for risk mitigation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience (similar role or ability to demonstrate transferable skills);
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Well-developed analytical skills with high attention to detail;
  • Time management skills; 
  • Advance Microsoft Suite applications (specifically Excel); 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy;
  • Good problem solving ability; 
  • Excellent attention to detail; and
  • A can-do attitude.
