Job Responsibilities
- Utilise the CMS (e.g. WordPress) to update the website content, ensure its optimised for SEO, and track web performance;
- Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) to drive efficiencies, increase brand engagement, and support business initiatives such as onboarding programs;
- Fulfil ongoing maintenance activity for owned and earned digital platforms including web content updates, web page design changes, and social platform publishing;
- Design and develop digital campaign assets and elements e.g. campaign landing pages, social media content, eDM templates and image resizing/editing for channels;
- Assist in the development of digital nurture programs, lead scoring initiatives, campaign landing pages, and automation of customer communications;
- Monitor analytics tools and digital traffic, providing recommendations and strategies to improve digital performance;
- Work with key internal stakeholders to manage webinars, ensuring they are set up and promoted effectively increase brand engagement and drive sales;
- Collaborate with the marketing team and broader business to assist in driving digital delivery, brand awareness and consideration, as well as lead generation, retention, and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Experience in website management, marketing automation and relevant analytics tools (B2B marketing experience desirable, but not essential);
- Proven ability to maintain and optimise digital acquisition and communication channels and platforms including web, email, social media, SEO, lead scoring and nurture programs;
- Experience executing end-to-end campaigns from planning through to creation, execution and promotion, and post-campaign analysis (desired but not essential);
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress or equivalent;
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce software solutions);
- Experience using Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools to report on digital marketing activities;
- Proven ability to set and maintain all collateral templates so that documents, PowerPoints, videos, etc all have consistent branding guidelines;
- Photoshop skills for image resizing/editing for web and social – desired but not essential;
- Organisation – Must be diligent with prioritisation and project management with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines; and
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across different business units, including sales and product teams.APPLY NOW
