St. John of God Mt. Lawley, a private hospital with 205 beds, is located on the banks of the Swan River. We are the top provider of surgical and rehabilitation services in Western Australia. We have a plethora of experience caring for both inpatient and outpatient patients who are both public and private. Our services are supported by a team of knowledgeable managers, nurses, allied health specialists, and medical carers.
We are currently seeking an experienced hotel services manager to provide leadership and overall accountability for cleaning, waste, linen, uniforms, security, parking, and fleet support inside SJG Mt Lawley Hospital. This job provides operational direction to the appropriate team leaders and administrative officer within hotel services.
Job Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Services Manager to provide leadership and overall accountability within SJG Mt Lawley Hospital, including cleaning, waste, linen, uniforms, security, parking and fleet support.
- This position provides direction and operational support to the relevant team leaders and administration officer within hotel services.
Job Requirements

- Experience and demonstrated skills in a management role within a health care or similar environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide leadership in a complex, professional work environment and influence the achievement of required outcomes in areas of professional responsibility.
- Experience developing and monitoring budgets.
- Highly developed strategic, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, inspire and motivate teams.
