Coordinators, social media and content experts, PR and media specialists, marketing specialists for property management, specialists in internal communications, and four outstanding designers make up our 20-person marketing team. We are a sizable but flexible national team, and on any given day we might be collaborating with one of our six state or country corporate teams, corresponding with one of our 800+ franchisees and their agents, or working with our senior leadership team to bring new product launches, campaigns, or tech initiatives to life in order to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry. Job Responsibilities
- Network enquiry and support through central inbox
- Work with the marketing team to review templates and products in our central marketing system
- Support marketing team to coordinate collateral for annual events: conferences, training etc
- Support marketing team and coordinate updating monthly roadshow presentations
- Support marketing team and coordinate updating monthly state welcome documentation
- Updating and reviewing content on company intranet
- Overflow support to Customer Experience coordinator managing inboxes from time to time
- Lifestyle photo approvals for Ray White network
- Support social media team with content planning, copywriting, and scheduling across social media channels.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, marketing
- 1+ years background in communications, marketing, account management role and/or franchising
- Good writer with ability to simplify the complicatedAPPLY NOW
