Job Responsibilities

  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join our successful Merchandise team based at our East Bentleigh support office, planning and managing the product range with a buyer. 
  • Reporting to our Planning Manager, you will be central in driving the Sales and Margin for a portfolio within Technology whilst optimising inventory to maximise category and product performance. You will work closely with the buyer in range planning and providing recommendations to execute the strategy.

Job Requirements

  • For this key role we are looking for previous experience in a planning role within a retail environment – preferably with short life cycle products.
  • Ideally you have a commerce/business qualification and can demonstrate a high attention to detail with sound financial planning and analysis skills.
  • A strong knowledge of planning and inventory systems plus advanced Excel skills will enable you to drive continuous improvement through accurate forecasting and review.
