Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with operations process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
  • Contribute to the operations team’s achievement of set performance management requirements (KPIs) by utilising suite of operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks
