Our client is a renowned global pharmaceutical company. They have achieved their dominant market position by pushing a large and successful product portfolio in addition to a cutting-edge and exciting range of market-leading products that address some of society's most challenging healthcare issues. In order to focus on maximising their cardiometabolic portfolio across the specialised market, they are developing a new approach of working with a recently introduced product in a highly specialised therapeutic area as part of a transformation process.


Job Responsibilities

  • Full time permanent position, Cardiometabolic Portfolio Lead
  • Vic East Territory
  • Promote a newly launched and innovative product
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within key accounts
  • Reporting to the National Sales Manager
  • Call on key Cardiologists, Endocrinologists and Renal Physicians in private clinics and hospitals
  • Develop & implement business plan
  • Partner with medical & marketing to ensure strong customer service
  • Be part of a small, dynamic and passionate team

Job Requirements

  • Key Account Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Specific experience selling to Cardiologists, Endocrinologists and Renal Physicians with existing relationships (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to take on technical clinical data
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills
  • Proven sales results in previous roles
  • Knowledge & experience in the Australian Hospital system
