Super Retail Group is developing into a leading omni-retailer and is home to well-known retail brands like Rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF, and Macpac. You will collaborate with a team that is as passionate about what they do and our products as our customers are about their own hobbies in sports, fitness, the great outdoors, or other leisure activities.
A Supply Chain Planning Analyst is being sought by Group Super Retail to work from their Strathpine, Brisbane location. The function will need to examine the supply strategies of the Super Retail Group to ensure that the correct products are in the right place at the right time. The position will also be expected to actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning forums, provide insight, and comment on potential improvement areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides input, analysis, reporting and recommendations on the shape of Inventory & Capacity Plan to support planned sales
- Engages with brands to support the alignment to a single accurate and achievable supply plan through iterative improvement and optimisation of supply plans
- Review the supply chains long terms risks and opportunities and endeavours to manage these prior to brands or operational teams being impacted
- Identifies opportunities to optimise brands inventory to deliver cost, service, or safety benefits, as well as assisting with KPI setting and reporting
- Actively contribute to a team with the goal of improving our way of working and solving problems as they arise
Job Requirements

- Previous analytical experience, preferably resulting in actionable insights
